i'm kayla. let me tell you how we got here.

a little over five years ago i googled something like "face rash makeup allergy" and ended up watching a youtube video called what's wrong with my face. in it, cristine, of the youtube channel simplynaillogical, described a battle with her skin that was so relatable i immediately devoured every piece of her existing content with a fervor i've never applied to anything else except learning nail art.

witnessing cristine's love for nail polish - specifically the intricacies of the formulas that lead to different finishes - is what got me into nails around 2021. from there, i could not stop collecting.

then came the anxiety: what happens when a limited edition shade sells out and i can never wear it again?

press-ons were the answer.

i started making sets from my favorite holo taco shades so i could wear them forever. being able to mix and match to create my own skittle manicures for as long as i take care of them hooked me. that's where smll cnvs began.

since then, my love for nails has grown into something much bigger. i now work to learn new techniques and skills to create sets of all kinds, and i'd love to make whatever your heart desires!
